Welcome to is_fuji ("Is Fuji Visible Today?"). By using this website and placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Products & pricing

Products are sold as described on their product pages. Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice. We may refuse or cancel any order, including for pricing errors or suspected fraud.

Pre-order & made to order

Our tees are limited, made-to-order pre-order items. Payment is taken at checkout, production begins after the pre-order window closes, and items ship from Japan. Estimated dates are given in good faith and may vary. Please also see our Refund Policy and the 特定商取引法 legal notice for cancellation, delivery and return terms.

Shipping, duties & taxes

Shipping costs are shown at checkout. Any import duties or taxes charged on delivery are the buyer's responsibility.

Intellectual property

All designs, artwork, text and images on this site are owned by is_fuji and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, is_fuji is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of this site or its products. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan, and any disputes shall be handled by the courts having jurisdiction over the seller's location.
