Made-to-order pre-order

Every is_fuji tee is printed to order after the pre-order window closes. Because nothing is pre-stocked, our policy differs from a standard returns policy — please read the below before ordering.

Cancellations & size changes

You can change your size or cancel your order for a full refund any time before the pre-order window closes (July 13, 2026, JST). Just email us at nkr.kiri@gmail.com with your order number.

After the window closes

Once the window closes we begin production, so we can no longer accept cancellations, size changes, or returns for change of mind or fit. Please use the size chart on each product page before you order.

Defective, damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, email us at nkr.kiri@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We will replace it or issue a full refund, and we cover the return shipping for these cases.

Refund method & timing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. It can take several business days for your bank or card issuer to post the refund.

Import duties & taxes

Any import duties or taxes charged on delivery are the buyer's responsibility and are not refundable by us.

EU/EEA 14-day right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union or EEA, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving a reason. The withdrawal period ends 14 days after the day you (or a third party you name) receive the last item of your order. To exercise it, email us at nkr.kiri@gmail.com — or request a return from your account — before the period ends. You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the item(s), and we will refund the amount you paid without undue delay after we receive them. This does not affect your other statutory rights.
